Sugar Levels


Introduction:

In this topic, we will discuss how the medicines mafia plays and earns Dollars by changing the ranges of Sugar and Blood Pressure with the help of historical facts. We will discuss a few theories that will support our supposition and it will be clear that the medicines mafia is out of control to earn Dollars.

Americal Diabetic Association(ADA)’s Suggested Levels:

American College of Physicians is a big institute that suggested new sugar levels which will be discussed later. National Diabetic Drug Group (NDDG) in 1979 advised that if your sugar levels are equal to or less than 200, you are not a diabetes patient. However, in 1997 the American Diabetic Association(ADA) framed that those whose sugar is greater than or equal to 126 will be treated as diabetic patients which was authenticated by WHO in 1999.in 2003 it was again revised by ADA and they said if one's sugar levels are high or equal to 100 then you are a diabetic patient. Do you know what was its results? In a single day, they gathered 420,000,000 patients of sugar. so the medicine mafia again played with the health of people and earned bounties of Dollars.in 2010 ADA again suggested new guidelines that if your blood sugar is less than or equal to 140 after 2 hours of meal and fasting is less than or equal to 100 and HBA1c is less than or equal to 5.6% then you are not a sugar patient.

Dr.Gernald Reaves's study 1989:

He gave his thorough study on insulin resistance which shocked many experts. He took insulin tests of fasting patients which came out to be higher in type 2. This had a huge impact and 5 big trials occurred:

  • ACCORD(2008).
  • ADVANCE (2008)
  • UKPDS-33(1998)
  • UKPDS-34(1998)
  • VADT(2015)

For this, they selected two groups. For one group they told that they would maintain HBA1c level 6 and blood Sugar Level 150 and gave nothing to a second group.

  • 22% of death rates were reported in which tight control was observed via medicines.
  • 36% of cardiovascular diseases were increased.
  • weight increased by 10% etc.

Sugar Levels:

 they then suggested that no medicine should be given to patients 60 years of age or above, having a blood sugar level of 250 and HBA1c of 7-8 %. They suggested in 2018 that all those whose sugar levels are below or equal to 250 need no medicines just change their lifestyle. Then 70% of the patients were reduced. i.e. those who were sugar patients yesterday due to wrong research are now normal. This research was not accepted as it damaged the businesses of drug mafia and hence no one accepted that.

After seeing the aforementioned development the aforementioned mafia changes the Blood pressure levels too:

So increasing the level increases the sales of medicines and vice versa.in the USA top diseases are cardiovascular and Cancer. The diseases increase due to an increase in medicine dose not due to the level which can be seen in the below-noted graphs. Appended below are some graphical proofs:



Conclusion:

KETO/low-carb diet is the only solution to combat Insulin resistance which is the cause of all the diseases. Testing sugar in fasting is not reliable because before you get up nature releases Cortisol between 4am and 8am which advises Lever to release glycogen in the body that increases one's sugar level. That’s why push the breakfast timing as much ahead as you can after you wake up. Therefore, if fasting sugar is under control it suggests that insulin inside the body has started working out.so, always check the blood  sugar of the day by following the below formula:

Sugar formula:

               Fasting sugar +before sleeping sugar/2=less than or equal to 200

Please note that if the sugar level is below 200 then you don’t need to take any medicine just improve it by lifestyle with the help of KETO, fasting, and Exercise

The formula for blood pressure:

               Systolic diastolic/2= less than or equal to 250

If it's less than or equal to 250 don’t take any medicines rather improve it by lifestyle or diet. Last but not least Insulin resistance must be reduced which causes problems like blood pressure, sugar, cancer etc, take Coconut oil/olive oil for cooking, green leafy vegetables take long walks, and do Weight exercises.
