Introduction:

is the era of technology where everyone can be a self doctor . you don’t need

major cause of all the disease and one of them is blood pressure.lets define

we can further categorize it into two head .i.e.
Systolic: it is force when the heart beats.
Diastolic: it is a force when heart rests between the beats.
Measurement:
A
very new device called as electronic blood pressure is very helpful in
measuring the blood pressure. You can just wrap it up on your body and it will
tell you average BP of the whole day. The readings of BP might be to points more
than the actual one but generally it gives you accurate readings. Picture of

In
the above noted chart HTN refers to “Hypertension” and the studies are of 2003
and 2017.in this study of comparison “Systolic” in Stage 2 was further lowered
from 160 to 140 and diastolic was reduced from 100 to 90.so what was the
outcome of this lowering scale ? resultantly ,there were more patients of Blood
pressure .

to increase in insulin resistance level of sodium will rise as it retains sodium. Its a natural process that when sodium is retained than water is also
retained which damages the wall of endothelial. Therefore, when you start a low
carb diet one feels frequent urinations insulin resistance gets low it
releases sodium and the water resultantly which was deposited due to high level
of insulin resistance.so 2-3 liters of water is released in first week when you
start low carb diet. hence Blood pressure is very first thing which is
controlled when you adopt a low carb diet.
As
soon as insulin damages the wall of cell ,cholesterol reaches to repair it.And
with cholesterol calcium reaches too due to which clot appears. So it was not cholesterol
which damages the walls of cell rather insulin resistance which is the route

Diet Chart for maintaining Blood
Pressure :
- No
delicate carbohydrates(wheat,rice,potato)
- No
subtle sugar( bakery items, sweets)
- No
processed meals.

vegetable oil.
Breakfast 9am
- 2-three
fried eggs in coconut oil/olive oil of desi ghee
- 2
kababs of red meat or mutton
- 20-25
gm cheese.
- Bulletproof
espresso
- Green
tea or ginger qehwa.

- At
some point of fasting 9am to five pm
- 2
-3 walnuts,6-7 almonds, bone broth
Dinner at 5pm

here conclude that the study's conducted in 2003 and then 2017 had increases the
levels of BP measurement .i.e. systolic and diastolic. We all must thank to "COCHRANE COLLABORATIONS" who gave their data in 2020. Their reviews are
considered are gold standard. They compared the results of those who took
medicines of BP after 2017 research and who did not took the medicine . the
