Fatty liver diet chart


Introduction:



In today’s world 30% population of the world has fatty liver & from it 99% cause 1% is Alcohlic.surprised ? yeah one must be. The biggest cause of nonalcoholic is high carbohydrates diet.it is pertinent to mention here that its our mind set that we just take the medicine and do not want to eradicate the root casue of it.we have to change this mind set which has been tuned by the Drugs companies.

It must be noted that when the results arises regarding the fatty liver , physician will treat it from more sugar instead of increasing more fats. Remember that if one wants to eradicate that disease completely then here is the formula:

  • 80% of the disease will be cured if you stop the cause.
  • 15% is the role of healthy foods.
  • 5% is the role of magic foods like ,garlic, ginger etc.

Root Cause of Fatty Liver:

  • The main cause is sugar, fructose like juices,sweets,bread which spikes insulin which converts sugar into fat that deposits in liver etc.
  • Alcohol is 1% cause of the fatty liver.
  • Insulin Resistance (Fats on stomach) is the lasr reason.
  • Some medicines are also the cause of fatty liver.
  • Vegetable oil like omega 6 which we use in making food are the cause of fatty liver.

The four types of liver are :

  • Normal Liver.
  • Fatty Liver.
  • Steatohepatitus .
  •  Cirrhosis .
The liver disease can be curable /reversible till steatohepatitus after that if it reaches to cirrhosis it cant be reversed. The two main causes of Hepatitis are liver inflation and stress.

Diagnosis:




The diagnosis is very simple. One need not to go to any labortoray for any expensive tests. You just stand up straight and look down .if you cant see your feet it surely indicates that you have a fatty liver .for further laboratory confirmation one must get the ultrasound of the abdomen and it will clearly state if there is a fatty liver or otherwise .

Treatment :


  • Green leave cruciferous veggies 700/900gm / day.
  • 16-18 hours of water fasting daily which will reduce insulin and liver will repair.
  • Daily exercise.
  • Vidamin D 10,000 IU daily.
  • Take Walnuts,chia Seeds,cabbage and pickle .
  • You can take egg,meat ,fish chicken,oliveoil,coconut oil.
  • Lemon salt water 3 liters daily + 1 table spoon pink himalyan salt+ 1.5 liter water.
  • Take 2 meals a day which will surely give rest to the liver .

Diet Chart For Fatty Liver:

Break Fast:

  • Go for a morning walk of 30-40 minutes.
  • 2-3 eggs boiled, omlet or fry.
  • Vit D3 10,000 International units daily.
  • 100gm meat of chicken,fish ,goat or cow.
  • 250-300 gm Vegetable.
  • Black or green tea without sugar.
  • Lemon salt water 3 liters daily + 1 table spoon pink himalyan salt+ 1.5 liter water.

2nd Meal :

Take the second meal on or before 5pm so that there remains a gap of 16-18 hours .i.e intermittent fasting .you can also adjust the timing so that fasting intervals of 16-18 hours prevails.
  • 150-200gm of meat .
  • 500-600g vegetables.
  • 3-4 walnuts.
  • 20-25 minutes of walk before going to bed.
