to fatty pancreas that give rise to insulin resistance and fat will appear on

their alternatives like coconut oil,matstard oil ,extra virgin olive oil or beef tallow. The

reduce 22gm of fat. Aerobic exercise reduces 300cal /hour. There are 6 days in
a week so 300*6=1800calories.1 GM of fat has 9 calories. With HIIT 1200 cal
/hour can be burned. Therefore,200cal/week ;200/9=22 GM of Fat .
